I was born in Pwllheli, North Wales.

Music has played an important part in my life right from the very beginning, learning to play the piano, flute as well as the harp from an early age. Visits to compete at local and national competitions were frequent, with instruments and through singing in youth choirs.

Following 4 years at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, I took up a teaching post in Anglesey where I continued to play, often accompanying Dawnswyr Mon, The Anglesey Folk Dancers.

In 1995 I moved to Lancashire where I have settled and brought up my family. During this busy period in my life I continued to play for friends, family and at charity events.

Since 2008 I have offered my services professionally and have played at many wonderful occasions from weddings, mayoral celebrations, private functions and corporate events throughout the North West.
